These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CliqueTogether's Website, located at https://LetsCliqueTogether.com, and attendance to Clique Together's In-Person Or Virtual Ticketed Or Private Events. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use LetsClique Together.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. If you are on this website on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them; by completing continuing to use this website on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms. 

 

“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

 

Access

If you are required to register for a Clique Together, registration entitles you to access to Clique Together for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and Virtual Event shall have no liability for such costs.

Event Content

You acknowledge and agree that Clique Together, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Clique Together, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

Photo & Video Release

By attending a ticketed Clique Together or you are an attendee of a private Clique Together, you acknowledge and agree to grant Clique Together the right at the Clique Together event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to Clique Together includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media. If Clique Together's content is recorded by Clique Together or designated partners/vendors, the recorded content may be accessible to the Client at an additional fee. If a Client hires/contracts Clique Together for a private event and do not want Clique Together to use your photos, let us know and we will not use them.

Limitations on Use

By registering for a Clique Together you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by the a member of Clique Together's team. By registering for a paid Clique Together, ticketed or private, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If Clique Together determines that you have violated this policy, we may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future Clique Togethers.

Disruptive Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that Clique Together reserves the right to remove you from the Clique Together if we,  in our sole discretion, determine that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the event or the enjoyment of the Clique Together content by other attendees.  

 

Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping

Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at Clique Togethers without the consent of Clique Together.

Unethical/Non-Compliant Business Practices

CT reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices. In addition to the requirements and prohibitions set forth in this Section, Clique may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any Clique together, in our sole discretion.

Payment

The payment of the applicable fee for Clique Together is due upon registration for paid ticketed events and due according to the terms of the payment agreement established in the contract for private event Clients. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason Clique Together may refuse to allow you to access the ticketed event and shall have no liability in that regard; this also applies to private event Clients.

Fees & Taxes

The fees may be subject to sales tax, value added tax, or other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fees.

Cancellation and Quality Assurance 

Clique Together strives to provide you with the most productive and effective experience possible. If you purchased a ticket or hired Clique Together to host a private event and you are not satisfied with your experience, we thank you in advance for bringing your concerns to our attention and giving us a chance to make it right. Should you feel dissatisfied with your learning experience and wish to request a credit or refund, please submit it in writing no later than 10 business days after the end of the Virtual Event to: info@cliquetogether.com. We will evaluate individual complaints in a context of collective comments from the Virtual Event.  As speakers are confirmed months before the Virtual Event, some speaker changes or topic changes may occur in the program. CT is not responsible for speaker changes, but will work to ensure a comparable speaker is located to participate in the program.

Cancellations are subject to the entire Clique Together registration fee for ticketed events and whatever terms stated in the contract for private Clients. All sales are final. No payments will be refunded or refundable. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the Clique Together, you are still responsible for payment. Unless Clique Together makes an exception, in no event shall CT be obligated to refund all or a portion of the registration fee.  

 

If CT is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the paid Clique Together as a result of any cause beyond its control, including a virtual Clique Together cannot be virtually conducted because of a software or issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) Clique Together shall have the right to immediately terminate the affected Clique Together without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant.  If the affected Clique Together is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Clique Together then we will reschedule the affected Clique Together and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event.   

 

Event Registration Confirmation 

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Clique Together email(s) are caught by spam filters. 

 

You will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address and/or mailing address that are provided on your registration form. In addition, you will also be added to the Clique Together participant list for notifications of future Clique Together events and announcements. If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out.

 

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing LetsCliqueTogether.com, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the LetsCliqueTogether.com’s Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
